This form provides a user interface that allows access to all PREP-MSTM reports and reprint functions, but does not support data entry or editing.
It is suitable for managers.
The Program Governance and Produce Reports buttons have the same function as the standard interface. The Utilities function is the same as that for the Reviewer interface. For this reason, the modeling is not duplicated here.
This design provides assurance that, if your organization becomes so advanced with quality improvement that routine peer review is rendered moot, or if for any other reason you no longer wish to use PREP-MSTM for daily operations, there is a mechanism for maintaining perpetual access to all archived data at a nominal cost (a one-time payment of 50% of the normal one-year license fee).
